We believe that the change towards more sustainable societies will be initiated by the citizens. Therefore we want to empower everyone to have an easy option to make the right choices.
Having a Fresh Square is a symbol that we, as citizens and city dwellers, want healthier food produced in a fair way for the planet.

Our Team

Soléne Guèrè
Soléne GuèrèCEO and Cofounder
Solène has studied Biology in one of the top research school in the world, Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris. She then did a master in Economics and holds an MBA. She works several years in Environnemental startups before deciding to launch Fresh Square.
Entrepreneurship and making things done is what drives her in life.
Lou Bugeia-gane
Lou Bugeia-ganeCVO and Cofounder
Lou has studied Business in a French business school.
She also studided Project Management in Spain, before working for B2C companies in branding and on environemmental projects.
She coordinated the paris branch of an organization for action against climate change, and she got to present this organization in front of 5,000+ people during the Solidays Festival in Paris!
Environnement is really what gets her out of bed in the morning.
